We currently do not ship outside the EU. We however are planning to extend our shipping to more countries in the near future.

 

Processing Guidelines
All products on the website are subject to availability and payment being received before your order is processed. We will contact you if the products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.

 

Delivery Date estimates
We aim to deliver all orders within 5 working days after your order being processed. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number through email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours before the tracking number can be updated online.

The images of the products on the (desktop or mobile) website and/or social media posts are for illustrative purposes only. We have made every effort possible to display the colours accurately, however, we cannot guarantee that your screen's display can accurately display the actual colour of the products. Undelivered and/or Refused Packages
In the event that delivery is rejected for any reason or considered undeliverable because of an invalid shipping address. We are not responsible for packages that have been lost, stolen or mis-delivered.

 

Shipping Errors or Damaged Products
We are committed to selling only high-quality products. We ensure there are several quality checks before a product is shipped. If you have received a wrong or damaged product, please contact us within 15 days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a new, similar product or refund. In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your full refund within 15 working days of us receiving the wrong or damaged product, as per our Shipping Policy.

 

Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations if caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central government or other competent authorities.
